Grown in a specific area of Italy, San Marzano tomatoes are the very best for making tomato sauce for all dishes. Pizza Pizza only uses San Marzano tomatoes, which is why our pizzas and pastas truly taste so great – just like mama used to make!


Bocconcini
Bocconcini

The original and best mozzarella around, Bocconcini is the authentic way to produce it. When you try our pizzas, you’ll discover the difference and the authentic flavour, which is as good as any you’ll find in Naples.
Del Casaro mozzarella - Fior di latte, meaning "flower of the milk", is made daily. From the freshest selection of local cow's milk, from dairy cooperative under H.M. The King's Royal Project in Hua Hin.
Respectful of old Italian traditions and made under the supervision of an Italian cheese maker, this cheese is traditionnal, handmade, southern Italian 2 kilogram Fior do latte.
In each pizza you will enjoiy 100 gr of Fior di latte wich contains a low percentage of fat (17g) and carbohydrates (1g), and also a good source of calcium (500mg), phosphorus (350mg), and potasium (80mg).

The right flour is critical in getting the right dough, which in turn makes the basis for getting a perfect pizza. We only use imported Vera Napoli.
A blend obtained from select soft grain, well dosed with the best ground durum wheat, dried natural yeast, wheatgerm and malt.
The balanced dosing of the ingredients gives a crip, tasty pizza, which maintains these characteristics also when cold.
